Amisfield School is proud to be part of the School Donations Scheme, so families are not asked to pay school donations.
We only seek payment for stationery, optional sports teams, for overnight school camps, and for materials when students make items they take home from technology projects.

Kia ora koutou,
Welcome to Amisfield School where “Together We Achieve”.
We are a beautiful semi-rural school located on the southern outskirts of Tokoroa. As a school, we aim to help each child to reach their full potential. At Amisfield School we teach our students in ways that allow each of them to be able to say they can:
Be My Best, Be Kind, Keep Learning. - Kia pai koe, Kia atawhai, kia mau ki te ako.
At Amisfield School what is important to us is: “Helping every learner be their best through positive relationships, quality teaching and engaging opportunities”.
Our teachers provide caring relationships and high-quality learning programs focused on the needs and interests of learners in their classes. We are fortunate to have small class sizes, and learning is supported with quality resources and technology, allowing students to engage in a wide range of learning opportunities.
We are a full-primary school, catering for students from Years 1 - 8. This gives learners more time at our school, more leadership opportunities in their senior years, and less transition between schools.
Our outdoor facilities include extensive grounds, a junior and senior playground, bike tracks, and a scooter park. These facilities provide our learners with many amazing opportunities for physical education, and education outside the classroom.
We are currently accepting enrolments and we look forward to working with you and your child in the future.
